Realtors, Please join us for the 16th annual State of the Union presentation. Bert Karrer of the Carolina Mortgage Professionals will be speaking on the upcoming real estate trends of 2022. We will be taking the large U.S. view of real estate and taking it to a more micro view focusing on Greenville, SC and our surrounding counties.

Doors will open at 9am and presentation to begin at 9:30am. Food & Beverage will be provided at event.

The presentation will be held at "The L", located in downtown Greenville. The occupancy for this space is 450 people, to stay within COVID regulations and allow for proper social distancing we are only accepting 75 guests.

The venue has two parking lots, so plenty of parking for everyone.
